The following information is collected by or on behalf of Crib Concerts:
Information you provide may include the collection of personal data from users and site visitors such as: name, email address, phone number, login name and password, address, or donation information.
Information created when you use our services may include transactional information such as: donation details, payment method, amount charged, date and time the donation was made.

Crib Concerts may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our website. Contact Forms
Crib Concerts use the WP Forms plugin to capture personal data when a user submits a contact form. The information is captured then sent as an email message to only Crib Concerts. We do not set a particular time limit on storing the contact form information, and do not use the information submitted for marketing purposes.

All transactions for events and merchandise that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.
Ticket Payment Methods
Cribconcerts.com accepts several methods of advance ticket purchases to accommodate your needs. Cribconcerts.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.
Who You Are Making Payments To
Crib Concerts acts as a promoter for the events for which you purchase tickets. After costs, proceeds are passed to the artist in exchange for their performance.
Ticket Purchase Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after purchasing a ticket, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after purchasing a ticket, it is your responsibility to confirm with Crib Concerts whether or not your ticket purchase has been made. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the ticket purchase process.
Canceled and Postponed Events
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the artist or Crib Concerts. Should this occur, we will refund your purchase through the same process through which it was made.
Billing Information Verification
Purchases are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a purchase that will cause the purchase to be canceled. In these cases, please verify your billing address with your bank and/or credit card issuing company before making another purchase attempt.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has submitted Personal Data to Crib Concerts, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
